One thing that usually happens when you start planning your wedding music is that it causes you to go digging through your music collections. It can be an incredible source of nostalgic fun as you rediscover those those epic songs that helped define your glorious youth. Playing those songs at your wedding just feels good.
The 90s is one of the greatest decades of music ever. For anyone who, like me, was just a kid through this decade, you might also remember the hours and days spent watching an endless flow of videos on Much Music, listening to their awesome collections of music on MUCH DANCE & BIG SHINY TUNES.
It was honestly the best musical education that a kid could ever ask for that led to my supreme love of everything from 90s House to Alt-Rock to Gangsta Rap to Grunge to Reggae to Shiny Pop Songs and One-Hit-Wonder favourites that we still know all the words to.
