One of the coolest parts of my job is getting to chat about music with our amazing clients. This week's idea was born from a remarkably fun client meeting I had a couple of years back with client-besties Lisa & Steve, who love those old MuchMusic #BigShinyTunes compilation albums as much as I do In getting to perform at their wedding, our band cleverly inserted tons of songs from those old #BigShinyTunes CDs into their wedding playlist including everything from BLINK182 to FOO FIGHTERS to SMASHMOUTH and WHEATUS. Or other amazing client besties in Nicole & Michael who gave me the idea to record SUM 41's Fat Lip and then started a hilarious mosh-pit at their gorgeous garden wedding after we performed it live. Both righteous and inspiring. These songs all defined a humongous part of my life and help me remember a time when my hair was a little bit longer and my stereo a little bit louder. Let's raise our devil horns high as we wax nostalgic on these awesome old rock tunes 🤘
