*** There is a timeliness feeling to Soul Music that creates event magic. Here are our favourites ->

There is a certain magic that exists only in soul music. These classic songs have shades of romance, elegance and coolness that elevate the atmosphere anytime they come on.

We have loved performing these songs at Cocktails and Dinner Parties, some of them even as timeless First Dance songs, the perfect match for gorgeous evenings with dim lighting and great company.

The sound of these songs is so magical it often makes us feel like we are performing within a movie, so many of these incredible songs being found on the soundtracks of films we have loved from Crazy Stupid Love to Ray to Hitch to Back To The Future. Too many to remember them all.

In the hopes of inspiring you to choose your own Soulful Playlists, we have listed our favourite Soul Songs from their origins in 1950s, to the Motown-filled 1960s and finally the R&B flavoured 1970s.

Feel free to dance along with us at your work desk, living room or wherever the mood strikes. Enjoy!
